Gentle Flow Yoga Every Tuesday Evening at 6:30PM with Stacey
Every Tuesday evening starting October 15 at 6:30 we will have the NEW Gentle Flow Yoga Classes instructed by Stacey Borge! You have probably met her at an activity or event before, her picture and bio is on the poster. Gentle Flow is an all levels class designed to enhance mobility, flexibility, and encourage light strengthening to support a healthy body, mind and spirit. While lengthening and strengthening, experience your nervous system relaxing, and your energy levels balancing out. Leave class relaxed, refreshed and walking a little taller. Class fee is $15 and that includes the $2 drop in fee. (See the attached poster for all the details) Looking forward to seeing you at this class. Classes are at the Mountain Spruce Community Events Centre 7571 Pettyjohn Road at Sulphurous Lake. If you would like to carpool from Deka, Higgins, Sulphurous or in and around the Interlakes and Horse Lake & Fawn Lake area, let me know by email at mtnspruce@gmail.com and I will do my best to arrange that as well. Don't forget to bring your yoga mat & water 💦

It’s Crib Night at the Mountain Spruce Hall 7571 Pettyjohn Road every 2nd FRIDAY so mark your calendars. Just $4 per person. You don’t have to be an expert crib player, people are there that will help you count your cards and everyone is there to have fun and meet others! If you are coming from Deka or Higgins and need a ride, let me know and I will try to arrange a carpool
Please note this will be an alcohol free event. Complimentary coffee & tea will be available and pop & water is just $1 each. You are all welcome to bring snacks & your own non alcoholic beverages if you wish.

CALLING ALL MUSICIANS‼️ Come on out on the 3rd Saturday of each month at 7pm for a fun evening of music at the Mountain Spruce Community Hall at 7571 Pettyjohn Road at Sulphurous Lake. Bring your instruments 🎸 🥁 🪘 🎹 🎷 your voices and jam with your neighbours, friends and other musicians from around the Cariboo. All ages, skill levels and abilities welcome. Let’s see all the talent from around the lakes 😉 $2 drop in fee. Feel free to bring a snack to share with others. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate are always complimentary and pop & water are $1 each.

ADULT ONLY 🎯 DART & GAME NIGHT
Come on out to the hall for a couple beers, a glass of wine or just to enjoy our adult only DART & GAME NIGHT on Saturday, October 26 from 6:30-10:30pm. We had a few requests to make this happen again, so we are. Tickets are only being sold in advance for $5 per adult and includes the hall drop in fee so get them before they are sold out! Tickets will not be available at the door. Beer, wine & cider will be available for $5 each, non alcoholic wine $4 each, pop & water $2 each and coffee is complimentary. Chili & a bun just $5. No outside beverages or beverage containers will be allowed in the hall. To reserve your spot e-transfer $5 to mtnspruce@gmail.com and you will be added to the guest list.

Remembrance Day Ceremony
Monday, November 11th

Mountain Spruce Community Centre Society will be holding a Remembrance Day Ceremony at the Mountain Spruce Hall on Saturday, November 11 starting at 10:40am. Feel free to bring a chair. Poppies will be available and your generous donations will go to the 100 Mile House Royal Canadian Legion. Cookies, tea, coffee and hot chocolate will be provided after the ceremony inside the hall. Looking forward to seeing everyone from our communities out for this important ceremony 🌺

PET & FAMILY PHOTOS WITH SANTA
Bring your PETS or if you don’t have a pet bring yourself, KIDS, FAMILY or a group of friends and have your photo taken with SANTA 🎅 On Saturday, November 30 from 11am to 4pm SANTA will be making a special stop at the Mountain Spruce Community Events Centre! The hall will be decorated and we will have Nikki Fosbery from Nikki Pixs Photography taking the photos, so you know they will be fantastic 👍All pictures are by donation ($20 suggested donation) and all proceeds will go to the Lakeland Pet Rescue and the Mountain Spruce Community Centre Society ❤️ To book your time slot email mtnspruce@gmail.com or call or text 604-617-7863, otherwise, you can just show up and wait in line 😉 Feel free to bring a donation of a non perishable food item or pet food item for our local food bank Christmas Collection Box 💕 All photos will be received by email.
